By resolving our International commitments, we will send a clear message to all People of the World, that we have a new commitment to their autonomy. We are proposing a radically new idea for military strength, readiness and international involvement. We need to transfer more of our foreign responsibilities to the U.N. with the ultimate aim of demilitarization. We would work with all Nations to reduce the number of land based Nuclear Missile Systems. We encourage open investigation and measurement of all nation's Land Based Nuclear Arsenals. Only when we work together to diminish the threat of nuclear annihilation, can we begin to clear a pathway toward peace.
